Summer vacation suddendly ends with a bang and leaving only memories of hot dogs days, swimming pools,a flood that never quits, lots of shorts and tee-shirt days which arejust shadows of summers past.
Gone are the ice cream days of summer cooling our poorselves off from those days that we'll never forget and times we shall always keep.
Time is many shades of colors painted on the leaves on the trees as Autumn takes its rightful place on the calendar.
Soon, summer shall pack it's bags and off it'll go to settle down until next year comes around once more.
Autumn makes its visit suddenly like an old friend visiting for a long, long time and the sudden shadows of summer slowy dissapear.
The children in the Fall wear clothed warm clothes as the weather takes shape and suddenly performs its ritual of the season.
The bell in the schoolyard sings its same song once again this year as it makes its grand announcement of the of the return of days of improving the mindand putting away summer's toys until next time around.
Memories of summer vacation being talked of on the first week of school then its business as usual--education.
The thirst of knowledge is being quinched in classrooms all over as summer memories linger onward.
Thanksgiving, the holiday of harvest and being thankful.arrive as tables are filled from end of the table to the other arrives and family gatherings being the order of the holiday.
Don't forget the days of the grid iron hit the fields of stadiums across America on the "one eye monster" our television sets.
The shadows of summer bring forth fruits of labor, sweat and great times in the sun.
Oh great the days of summer past and gone for Autumn has arrived.
